We are looking for a Sales Associate to play a pivotal role in expanding our reach in Kadunaβs informal markets, driving sales growth, and strengthening business relationships.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for customer acquisition, sales pipeline management, and relationship building with key stakeholders such as buyers, suppliers, and aggregators. You will also analyze user engagement trends, onboard new clients, and ensure customer retention to achieve revenue targets.
This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong network in agricultural sales and supply chain management.
Customer Acquisition & Sales Growth
β Develop and implement a customer acquisition strategy to drive business expansion.
β Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
β Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
Relationship Management & Customer Retention
β Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and key industry players.

Market Intelligence & Data-Driven Sales Strategy
β Conduct market research to understand buyer needs, supplier trends, and product demand.
β Gather and analyze sales data and user engagement metrics to optimize sales strategies.
β Provide feedback to product development teams to improve offerings.
Financial Management & Operational Excellence
β Ensure timely payments for services and oversee debt collection processes.
β Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and sales processes.

Education & Experience:
π BA/BSc/HND in Business, Sales, or a related field.
πΎ Background in agricultural sales and supply chain management is preferred.
π Existing network of buyers in commodity aggregation, agro-processing, hospitality, and food industries.

Technical & Soft Skills:
π Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and customer acquisition.
π¬ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
π₯ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for tracking leads and sales performance.
