- Stage 1: Application Review - We'll assess your CV to see if your experience aligns with the Hitchhiker role. The team you'll be working with is involved in designing the recruitment process from Day 1!
- Stage 2: Psychometric Assessment - Upon successfully completing Stage 1, you'll be invited to complete a test to help us understand your mental and psychological fit to Farmz2u.
- Stage 3: Culture Fit Interview - At this stage, we have a good sense of basic skills and experience. This Interview will be used to avoid any catfish situations so be sure what you have on your CV is accurate. We are serious about integrity, expect a targeted conversation with key team members.
- Stage 4: Founder Interview - Nearly there now! This stage will be used to assess top performers against the company's vision and what contributions you can make to Farmz2U's mission. Note that elements from both interviews will drive the final stage.
- Stage 5: Technical Test - The final recruitment stage is an invitation for you to complete a technical test designed to assess your practical knowledge and expertise relevant to the Hitchhiker position. Think of it as a practical demonstration of your CV and details shared in your interviews.
