Farmz2u is looking for a Marketing Associate with a focus on client engagement and lead generation. Their major tasks will be to drive lead generation, build client relationships, and enhance brand visibility for the company’s B2B supply chain management platform through strategic marketing initiatives. Their roles will involve crafting compelling campaigns, developing targeted content, and leveraging data-driven strategies to attract and nurture high-quality leads that align with sales objectives. The role combines strategic marketing initiatives with on-ground sales efforts to directly engage clients, identify their needs, and position the company as the preferred supply chain solution.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute lead-generation strategies using tools that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365 (e.g., Dynamics 365 Marketing, Power BI)
  • Implement email marketing campaigns and outreach through Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM tools.
  • Manage targeted advertising campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align campaign efforts and ensure smooth lead handoff.
  • Create engaging content such as white papers, case studies, blogs, and social media posts to educate potential clients.
  • Manage the company’s website and optimize it for traffic and conversions.
  • Develop branding materials to establish a consistent and professional brand identity.
  • Manage the company’s presence across digital and offline channels to drive engagement and awareness.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales efforts using analytics tools Microsoft Power BI.
  • Generate reports to track client interactions, lead conversion, and overall campaign success.
  • Generate reports on marketing ROI and provide insights for optimization.
  • Continuously test and refine marketing strategies and lead generation systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct on-site presentations and demonstrations to highlight platform capabilities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Actively gather feedback from clients to refine marketing and sales strategies.


Working Relationships 

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and a seamless handoff of leads. 

  • Engage directly with key clients and stakeholders to foster trust and credibility. 

  • Partner with the operations and product teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product features and value propositions. 


Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing and sales (preferably in SaaS or supply chain industries). 

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Dynamics 365, Teams, and Power BI. 

  • Proficiency in lead-generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and CRM tools. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients in person. 


Salary range: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
