To expand our reach, weโre seeking a Marketing Associate who specializes in lead generation, client engagement, and brand visibility.
Weโre looking for a results-driven Marketing Associate to craft compelling campaigns, develop targeted content, and execute data-driven marketing strategies. This role will involve both strategic marketing initiatives and on-ground sales efforts to directly engage potential clients. You will play a key role in positioning Farmz2u as the preferred supply chain solution for businesses.
Lead Generation & Digital Campaigns
โ Develop and execute lead-generation strategies using tools integrated with Microsoft 365 (e.g., Dynamics 365 Marketing, Power BI).
โ Implement and manage email marketing campaigns and outreach efforts via Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM tools.
โ Run targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to attract high-quality leads.
โ Track and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI and provide optimization insights.
Client Engagement & Sales Enablement
โ Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns and ensure smooth lead handoff.
โ Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions.
โ Conduct on-site presentations and product demonstrations to showcase platform capabilities.
โ Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Content & Brand Development
โ Create engaging content (white papers, case studies, blogs, social media posts) to educate and attract potential clients.
โ Manage and optimize the companyโs website for traffic and conversions.
โ Develop branding materials to ensure a consistent and professional brand identity across all channels.
โ Manage the companyโs presence across digital and offline channels to drive engagement and awareness.

Education: Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2-4 years in B2B marketing and sales (preferably in SaaS or supply chain industries).

Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Dynamics 365, Teams, Power BI).
Proficiency in lead-generation platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and CRM tools.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients in person.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize marketing efforts.
