About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a results-driven Marketing Associate to craft compelling campaigns, develop targeted content, and execute data-driven marketing strategies. This role will involve both strategic marketing initiatives and on-ground sales efforts to directly engage potential clients. You will play a key role in positioning Farmz2u as the preferred supply chain solution for businesses.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Digital Campaigns
โœ” Develop and execute lead-generation strategies using tools integrated with Microsoft 365 (e.g., Dynamics 365 Marketing, Power BI).
โœ” Implement and manage email marketing campaigns and outreach efforts via Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM tools.
โœ” Run targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to attract high-quality leads.
โœ” Track and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI and provide optimization insights.

Client Engagement & Sales Enablement
โœ” Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns and ensure smooth lead handoff.
โœ” Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions.
โœ” Conduct on-site presentations and product demonstrations to showcase platform capabilities.
โœ” Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

Content & Brand Development
โœ” Create engaging content (white papers, case studies, blogs, social media posts) to educate and attract potential clients.
โœ” Manage and optimize the companyโ€™s website for traffic and conversions.
โœ” Develop branding materials to ensure a consistent and professional brand identity across all channels.
โœ” Manage the companyโ€™s presence across digital and offline channels to drive engagement and awareness.


What Weโ€™re Looking For

โœ… Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
โœ… Experience: 2-4 years in B2B marketing and sales (preferably in SaaS or supply chain industries).
โœ… Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Dynamics 365, Teams, Power BI).

  • Proficiency in lead-generation platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and CRM tools.

โœ… Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients in person.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize marketing efforts.
